那么\(0.\dot 3\)怎么化为\(\frac{1}{3}\)呢?
解:\(\because 0.\dot 3 \times 10 = 3.\dot 3 = 3 + 0.\dot 3\)
\(\therefore \)不妨设\(0.\dot 3 = x\),则上式变为\(10x = 3 + x\),解得\(x = \frac{1}{3}\) 即\(0.\dot 3 = \frac{1}{3}\).
